1. How can I order a Zen Bed?
Ordering a Zen Bed is easy…simply place an order online and you will be promptly contacted to arrange payment and delivery of your new mattress.
2. What warranty does a Zen Bed come with?
All Zen Beds come with a 15 year manufacturers warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects like a spring popping out or a large sag in the mattress over time. You will receive a warranty card with every purchase that explains the terms and conditions in detail.
3. Is the 365 day 'Money Back Guarantee' unconditional?
No, there are some conditions on the 365 day money back guarantee. The money back guarantee constitutes normal use (which is defined in greater detail on the terms and conditions page). For the mattress to be returned it must not have any tears, rips or stains. The best way to ensure this is to always use a mattress protector on your Zen Bed. Management reserves the right to refuse a refund if the mattress is determined to have rips, tears or stains.
4. Does the mattress price include delivery?
At this stage, all Zen Beds purchases in the Canberra/Queanbeyan region include free delivery. Orders to areas outside Canberra/Queanbeyan will require freighting from a third party logistics courier. For orders outside Canberra/Queanbeyan, please contact us for an accurate delivery quote prior to placing an order.
5. Do I need to book in a 'Sound Sleep Consultation' to purchase a Zen Bed?
No, a ‘Sound Sleep Consultation’ is highly recommended yet not a pre-requisite.
